Thing #3 for Week #2: Google is good! But Google is not God.
I can see how Google Documents would be a great resource to use with our kids, especially the ones who don’t have the resources for document saving (jump drives).
Google Text is a resource helpful to all those who are looking for e-books to spruce up their electronic book library. It is also a good resource to get a taste of what lies within the pages of books we may consider book talking or encouraging others to read.
I use Google Maps nearly every day in my job for outreaches and bookmobile sites. One must be careful as the directions are often bogus or screwed up completely!
I really think it would be fun to do a program with teens so they can create their own blogs. Google would definitely help with that since creating the blog was much easier than I ever imagined.
